Hospital Visit
With all the doom and gloom around the club at the moment I thought something more uplifting was worthwhile of it's own thread.

The players visited some kids today in the Newham Hospital.

Just wanted to say well done to the club and the lads for doing something like this.

Puts things into perspective.

Okay..

Odd you choose a thread like this to have a pop. Hope you have some positive news in your life soon FatKev, genuinely, as you must have some of your own issues going on.

Good stuff. Hope the players weren't all told they were shit by the sick kids.

Actually- I sort of do. Maybe it'll help them pull their collective fingers out on the pitch?

the cunts should be doing it every week, not just when prompted by the dwarves PR department

Re: Hospital Visit
Agree with Takeshita Miike, every club does a hospital visit this time of the year plus, I would assume the players are told they must attend. I would be a lot more impressed if they went of their own accord other times of the year and spent some of their enormous wages on presents themselves.

With our clubs track record with injuries I’d imagine most the lads are on first name basis

Re: Hospital Visit
What the fuck does it have to do with whether other clubs do it or not?! Who gives a fuck, the fact of the matter our players went down there, regardless of if they had to or not, they did, not sure that makes much difference.

Facts are the players have visited some kids who won't be at home over Christmas and has probably given the children some limited joy in their life.

Any cunt who wants to try and aim any grief at me and turn something that's positive into a negative needs to have a look in the mirror.

Weird people around these days.

Re: Hospital Visit
Wind your neck in 93, you started this thread out like it was some amazing miracle that they have done this, when its been happening up and down thr country for years. As someone previously said id rather hear they had done similar things in their own time and off their own backs than being told by the club that they had to.

While we are at it, how about we also say how wonderful it is this year to hear that there will be doctors and nurses working over Christmas. HTHYFC
